Within the applied mathematics group, our researchers are interested in various subdisciplines of mathematics that enable us to explain phenomena by solving real-life problems. Our focus topics include but are not limited to:

- Mathematical modeling in nanotechnology, engineering, biology, medical science, infectious diseases, financial mathematics, and agriculture
- Computational fluid dynamics
