How to apply
Applications for the BSc Mathematics program can be made via Thai University Central Admission System (TCAS.) Applicants can either apply directly for Mathematics Program or for Faculty of Science and declare their major in Mathematics in the second year.
Applicants must pass an interview and a health examination according to the requirements of TCAS round1 and TCAS round 3.
Entry requirements for first-year students
- Applicants must pass an interview and a health examination according to the requirements of TCAS round1 and TCAS round 3.
- Applicants must be accepted to the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, and become a first-year student without any specific major.
Entry requirements for second-year students
- Applicants must meet the entry requirements for first-year students.
- The student must meet the selection criteria according to the Faculty of Science to become a student in the BSc Mathematics program.
Students in the BSc Mathematics program have an option to apply for the Distinction program, should they meet all the requirements below:
Students must complete 4 semesters in the BSc Mathematics program and have never been in the Distinction program before. (Students can apply for the Distinction program after the second year. Students that have been withdrawn from the Distinction program are not eligible for readmission.)
Students must have GPA no less than 3.25.
Students must pass the core courses with a GPA of no less than B in the first 4 semesters.
Students must meet the requirements for the Distinction Program according to the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University.
